Become an intern and a key part of TravelPerk’s Customer Support team based in Barcelona, Spain.
Be the point of contact for TravelPerk’s clients.
Have a direct impact on the growth of one of the hottest startups in Europe.
Provide ad-hoc support to a diverse and lively team in order to ensure effective account management.
Master Customer Service, having a vocationally customer-focused mindset.
Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics, and also by thinking out-of-the-box when anything established is not enough.
Help achieve very low churn rate of existing accounts by addressing/solving problems.
Become part of an energetic and positive team made up of hard-working people who are keen to learn and to help each other grow.
Potential to be taken on after satisfactory completion of the internship.

Qualifications & characteristics
Available for a 6 month (minimum) full time internship, approved by your university (if an undergraduate).
You must be a tech-savvy independent learner.
You will go above and beyond to provide the best customer service.
You are a trustworthy team player who enjoys social interactions with your colleagues and clients.
Proficient in English (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus although not necessary.
You will be able to adapt to changes fast and help contribute to making them happen.
The position requires you to be based in Barcelona.
