Qualifications & characteristics

Our founder and CEO didn’t go to university and spent most of his twenties riding motorcycles, so it’s in our DNA to hire for attitude over qualifications. That said, it would help if you know how to wield a pen and the difference between knowing your shit, and knowing you’re shit.
